Dignity should also identify, hon and empower young leaders from developing countries like Africa,Asia and China. In India I Anchored a programme called India Leaders for Tomorrow in 2003 where we pciked 25 young leaders who have done outstanding work in rural governance, urban governance, health, education and environmental protection. The idea is to make these yougn leaders to get into the country’s governance system. Today in India the leaders who lead the nation (The Indian Parliament Members) have criminal background . We get a government that we deserve- goes the old saying. ! Young men/womne have to get into the nation’s governance and inspire the young. That is what Mahatma Gandhi did before making the British to quite. He mobilsied thousands of young Indians to join the freeedom movement.

Unfortunately young men/women in India wants to make money by joining the corporate world ! Good Luck to Dignity Bye Manu
